Nagwa Emad
"Managing Director"
Nagwa is a PR Guru and founder of Media Waves. Nagwa is a marketing & communications expert with more than 25 years of professional experience in Egypt, Gulf States and England.
Nagwa holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and is a certified trainer from England, she worked closely with the United Nations Development Programs “UNDP” and the European Union “EU” programs and with numerous government entities and officials.
Nagwa is the National Chair of Egypt for the International Public Relations Association “IPRA”, Member of the Foreign Press Association, The American Chamber of Commerce, The British Egyptian Business Association, The German Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Egyptian Business Council and the president of the Cairo Capital Lions Club. Nagwa is a prominent contributor to civil and community services through a number of NGO’s.
ِAhmed Sherif
“Managing Partner & Business Development”
Graduate with a bachelor degree in Communications Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering – Alexandria University. He has escalated in a broad range of business aspects, within different industries, where he was first exposed to the IT industry from a sales and marketing view, working as an account executive, then sales manager to a leading IT company in Egypt in the ERP and total integrated solutions industry.
Accompanied by post graduate studies he went through at the American University in Cairo in sales and marketing, as well as business administration fields. Ahmed thereafter moved on to take executive management roles in the International Corporate Representative office in Egypt, within Bar Coding and retail management solutions. Afterwards, Ahmed was attracted to take executive leading posts entering new challenging business areas: logistics, sea ports, dry ports, container management, multi- modal transportation from the venture capital angel, where, within several consortiums that Ahmed managed.
He worked as ICD for containers in a Cairo central location in 2001, then came the allocation of several terminals in the port of Alexandria to be used as container terminals after that. In Mid 2005, Ahmed was offered the post of a senior advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Finance for the Customs Administration's reform and restructuring. He has participated in many new initiatives carried by the customs of Egypt and the EU, USAID, Swiss Customs.
He managed many long term projects with these outfits in the areas of customs restructuring, management training, risk management, strategic planning and corporate governance, where Ahmed was a leading member of several executive committees to carry out those tasks. His 23 years of experience is an asset to Media Waves Egypt.
Ahmed El Khabiry
“Telecom & Communications Expert”
Khabiry is the Sole Representative of Media Waves in the UK.. Khabiry has more
than 30 years of experience in engineering and handling business from all its
aspects like Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Strategies, Media Relations,
CSR Projects and supervising the execution of projects in several leading
International Telecommunications companies.
He started as an engineer in AEG Telefunken, and in 1999 he was appointed and
stayed for 10 years as Vice President of Siemens Egypt - Communications
Division. In 2010 he was appointed as the Minister's Advisor for the Ministry of
Transport. Khabiry is a Member of American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham).
Khabiry has 25 years of active leading positions in Community Service presiding
Rotary Club of Maadi. Ahmed El-Khabiry holds a Bachelor Degree in
Telecommunications Engineering from Cairo University.
Soha El Naggar
“Financial Director”
Soha is the Financial Director at Media Waves Egypt. Soha has more than 23 years of experience in Finance in several local and multinational companies where he was responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues enabling them to make sound business decisions.
Amr Hakim
“Web & Mobile Software Developer”
Amr is the Web, Moblie Software Developer and Social Media Specialist at Media Waves Egypt. He has a big experience in the R&D technology field, CTO for many projects, project planning for technical projects Web/ Mobile, and managing and planning for online marketing campaigns. He is a developer/ designer for Mobile cross platform (Android, IOS, BalckBerry and windows)
